209. Lazy Sunday by The Small Faces 1968

Small Faces - Lazy Sunday

1968 was the eyar I started High school. I went to Box Hill High School. For most of my school life I was the second smallest the year. I can't remember who was smallest but he was quite a bit tougher than me and under threat of pain from him and his mates I would end up at the back of the queue when they handed out lockers. Got myself voted form captain though with a speech I stole from Winston Churchill. rubbish though! When the class played up I got told off.
1968 was the year I started to choose my favourite groups. it didn't take much to be my favourite group. A hit single would do it. One of my big faves from 68 was Lazy Sunday. Lazy Sunday is just so 60s. A bit of a novelty song but with a really tight rocking band. Steve eevn uses his soulful voice for real on the last verse.
